The Trijicon RMR^® HD is an innovative red dot pistol optic specifically designed for the evolving needs of Law Enforcement and the Military. Built on the foundation of the Trijicon RMR^® Adjustable LED model, the RMR HD features the same patented housing shape made from forged aluminum, robust electronic system, and quality lenses. Adding a long-lasting, top-loading battery, larger window, an innovative forward looking light sensor, multiple reticle options, market leading illumination adjustability, and it’s clear the RMR HD is designed and built for duty use. The innovative forward looking light sensor gauges the brightness at target in auto mode and adjusts reticle brightness to be effective in any lighting scenario. A new reticle allows you to switch between a complex reticle or single crisp dot, both of which include a new super bright setting and an additional night vision setting. The RMR HD also allows the operator to adjust the Auto Illumination as well as the dot/circle contrast. Additional features include larger, more tactile buttons, new adjusters with greater audible and tactile feedback, and an expanded field of view. Offering the same footprint as the RMR and designed to fit most existing optics-ready duty holsters*, the Trijicon RMR HD is ready for those needing a feature-rich optic with high performance and ultra-reliability.

As with any business where you are considering sending money for a product, you should do your due diligence in researching the company. With good reviews I decided to take the chance and purchase a Stacatto on a few payments. I received notifications of payments, all emails where always answered in a courteous manner and item was shipped immediately after receiving final payment. Pistol was perfect, added red dot and host plate was perfect, Vulcan porting was perfect, payments were perfect and communication was perfect. For those looking to own a Stacatto or other high end firearms, my purchase from Tag Firearms was absolutely the best experience and my ported P4 with its HMR HD is exactly what I was expecting. I’ll preface this by saying I rarely give 5 star reviews because I always believe there’s room for improvement. This place is the exception.

Today was my first time visiting TAG and these folks truly know their stuff. Anything you want to know, they’ll take the time to explain. It was hands down the best customer service I’ve ever experienced.

They didn’t just sell me something, they took the time to educate me, answer my questions, and make me feel like a valued customer.

This was my first visit, but it definitely won’t be my last. These folks will be my #1 stop from now on.

Ordered a suppressor cover and it was shipped via their free shipping option, USPS Ground Advantage. It showed delivered but never was. Their customer service was responsive and helpful at first, but I never got a response to my last email. While I understand that TAG isn't the one that lost my package, I'm still out a good chunk of dough. If you place an order, upgrade your shipping so you don't get stuck with ground advantage.

At the time of this review, I will be the 104th 5-Star review! I mean, c’mon, how often do you ever see a business with such a rock solid reputation like that? But im here to tell you guys, that its for real! James and Chris are down to earth, personable, intelligent, and professional all at the same time. I purchased a Staccato P from them, and they made the entire process super easy, and just had a great experience. Im already making a 2nd purchase! They definitely gained a loyal customer, and I will no doubt be using them for my future gun builds.

Chris at Tag Firearms has been amazing to work with. Bought a Q Honey Badger and Trash Panda through him for a great price, and he couldn't have made the process easier.
