SHIPPING
Orders over $100 ship for free!
If your order is under $100, your products will ship based on your selected shipping provider. If it’s over $100, it ships for free. For orders over $100, TAG will select the shipping provider at its discretion. (Free shipping does not include additional services such as priority or expedited shipping). When your product ships, you will be provided a tracking number via email.
NFA items (e.g., suppressor, SBR) require ATF approval prior to shipment. The sooner TAG receives a copy of your dealer’s SOT, the sooner the necessary paperwork will be initiated.
It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure each item is legal in their respective state or local governances. TAG will not ship or transfer to states where items are known to be prohibited.
RETURN POLICY
NFA Items
Cancelled orders containing NFA items (e.g. suppressor, SBR) are subject to a 10% restocking fee. If the ATF transfer process has already been initiated, we are not able to cancel the transaction. All items transferred via Form 3 are non-refundable.
Demo & Used Stock
All used or demo inventory items are sold as-is and non-refundable.
Layaway Orders
The 25% deposit is non-refundable.
Special Orders
TAG will do special orders per customer request. Special orders require a 50% deposit with the remaining due once we have received the item. The initial deposit is non-refundable.
Firearms
Cancelled firearm orders are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Shipped firearms may be returned at TAG's sole discretion. Shipping charges are not refundable and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Firearms must be unused and returned in their original packaging and condition. All returned firearms are subject to a 35% restocking fee.
Accessories
We will process returns for accessories within 10 days of delivery as long as the products are unused and in their original packaging and condition. Shipping charges are not refundable. Return shipping costs and a restocking fee of 10% are the responsibility of the customer.
Any unshipped accessory orders may be cancelled for a refund, less a 10% restocking fee.
Backorders or Pre-Orders
If the item was paid in full, we will reimburse 75% of the purchase price. If a 25% deposit was made to hold the item, that deposit will be retained and is non-refundable.
