The Race City Defense RC9C is a commander-length, double-stack 1911 engineered for shooters who want full-size shootability in a compact, fast-handling carry package. Built in Mooresville, North Carolina—“Race City USA”—the RC9C blends elite machining, hardened steel internals, and a 4.25″ Atlas bull barrel to deliver exceptional accuracy, rapid sight return, and predictable recoil control. Its tri-top slide with aggressive front and rear serrations ensures confident manipulation, while custom RCD aluminum flush-fit grips provide secure traction without printing.
Fully optic-ready with an included RMR/SRO plate, the RC9C is available unported or ported for even flatter shooting performance. With a crisp 2–2.5 lb trigger, premium finishes, and two flush-fit 120mm magazines included, the RC9C is purpose-built for concealed carry, high-round-count training, and performance-focused EDC. Fast, smooth, and engineered with NASCAR-level precision—the RC9C is born to run.

As with any business where you are considering sending money for a product, you should do your due diligence in researching the company. With good reviews I decided to take the chance and purchase a Stacatto on a few payments. I received notifications of payments, all emails where always answered in a courteous manner and item was shipped immediately after receiving final payment. Pistol was perfect, added red dot and host plate was perfect, Vulcan porting was perfect, payments were perfect and communication was perfect. For those looking to own a Stacatto or other high end firearms, my purchase from Tag Firearms was absolutely the best experience and my ported P4 with its HMR HD is exactly what I was expecting. I’ll preface this by saying I rarely give 5 star reviews because I always believe there’s room for improvement. This place is the exception.
Today was my first time visiting TAG and these folks truly know their stuff. Anything you want to know, they’ll take the time to explain. It was hands down the best customer service I’ve ever experienced.
They didn’t just sell me something, they took the time to educate me, answer my questions, and make me feel like a valued customer.
This was my first visit, but it definitely won’t be my last. These folks will be my #1 stop from now on.

Ordered a suppressor cover and it was shipped via their free shipping option, USPS Ground Advantage. It showed delivered but never was. Their customer service was responsive and helpful at first, but I never got a response to my last email. While I understand that TAG isn't the one that lost my package, I'm still out a good chunk of dough. If you place an order, upgrade your shipping so you don't get stuck with ground advantage.

At the time of this review, I will be the 104th 5-Star review! I mean, c’mon, how often do you ever see a business with such a rock solid reputation like that? But im here to tell you guys, that its for real! James and Chris are down to earth, personable, intelligent, and professional all at the same time. I purchased a Staccato P from them, and they made the entire process super easy, and just had a great experience. Im already making a 2nd purchase! They definitely gained a loyal customer, and I will no doubt be using them for my future gun builds.

I’ve dealt with these guys for only about three months, but I can attest to the fact that this is the hardest working crew in the business, client always comes first, shipping is immediate and they will bend backwards to assist customers… also it is amazing to have a company take such pride in what they sell, this is truly a “white glove”, premier dealer!

I’ve been a customer since October of last year and will continue to be, the level of service is top tier! James and Chris have been absolutely amazing and I truly believe they will top any other firearms dealers in the country, I personally have vowed my allegiance to them as my number 1 firearm supplier and if you knew me that’s saying a lot as i am very picky! Chris at Tag Firearms has been amazing to work with. Bought a Q Honey Badger and Trash Panda through him for a great price, and he couldn't have made the process easier. I have over 20 stamps from more than a dozen dealers and I've never encountered any stores as professional, responsive, and helpful as his. He's been available 24/7 for any and all questions I've had, whether through text/phone/email or even IG, and is super knowledgable about every product they sell (believe me I asked a lot of questions).
