The PTR VENT 1 is a full power, 7.62×51 suppressor engineered for maximum sound reduction, low back pressure, and extreme durability. Built from monolithic 3D-printed titanium and utilizing Purposely Induced Porosity™, it delivers top-tier suppression performance in a lightweight, full-auto-capable design. Designed specifically for full-power rifle cartridges, the VENT 1 combines advanced additive manufacturing with PTR’s patented Purposely Induced Porosity™ technology to deliver exceptional sound suppression, controlled gas flow, and long-term durability.
Constructed from a monolithic, 3D-printed titanium body, the VENT 1 offers high structural strength with efficient thermal management under sustained fire. The Purposely Induced Porosity™ architecture precisely manages gas expansion throughout the suppressor, reducing both muzzle signature and back pressure compared to traditional baffle-based designs.
