The Miller Precision Ranger 9C is a cutting-edge double-stack 1911 engineered for shooters who demand next-level reliability, user-friendly serviceability, and premium performance. At the heart of the platform is a 4.4″ linkless barrel system, delivering exceptionally smooth cycling, impressive accuracy, and the ability to swap between standard, ported, or threaded barrels without a gunsmith—a groundbreaking advancement for the 1911 design. The Ranger 9C also features Miller Precision’s patent-pending ambidextrous magazine release and ambidextrous slide stop/release, giving both left- and right-handed shooters full control from either side of the pistol.

Miller’s patent-pending easy-adjust trigger system lets users fine-tune take-up and overtravel without ever disassembling the firearm, making it one of the most user-configurable 2011-style pistols available. The proprietary optic plate system supports all major red dots while maintaining true co-witness capability and a clean, modern aesthetic. Combined with a full-sized aluminum grip, tactical magwell, night sights, external extractor, serrated adjustable trigger, and DLC or Silver PVD finish options, the Ranger 9C stands at the forefront of modern double-stack 1911 engineering.

At the time of this review, I will be the 104th 5-Star review! I mean, c’mon, how often do you ever see a business with such a rock solid reputation like that? But im here to tell you guys, that its for real! James and Chris are down to earth, personable, intelligent, and professional all at the same time. I purchased a Staccato P from them, and they made the entire process super easy, and just had a great experience. Im already making a 2nd purchase! They definitely gained a loyal customer, and I will no doubt be using them for my future gun builds.

Chris at Tag Firearms has been amazing to work with. Bought a Q Honey Badger and Trash Panda through him for a great price, and he couldn't have made the process easier.
