The Vulcan Machine Werks 3L3V3N is a radical reimagining of the double-stack 1911, built from the ground up as a modern, optics-only performance pistol that breaks every convention of the platform. Machined in Texas from heat-treated 4140 steel with a full-length dust cover, the 3L3V3N features a patent-pending minimalist slide design, diamond-lapped frame fit, and a direct-mill optic cradle that eliminates plates and delivers an ultra-low sight axis for unmatched tracking. Its hand-fit Bar-Sto match barrel—available with optional Ignis Porting System™—provides exceptional accuracy and flat recoil impulse, while the co-engineered 7075 billet aluminum grip, tuned 3–3.5 lb flat trigger, and tool-less guide rod system create a fast, refined, competition-grade shooting experience. Finished entirely in DLC, equipped with laser-engraved serrations, a square magwell, and two DLC-coated 20-round magazines, the 3L3V3N is a statement piece of precision engineering: modern, reliable, aggressively optimized, and crafted for shooters who refuse to settle.
