Notice and Acknowledgment for CA Residents per Assembly Bill 1263 – Effective 1/1/2026

Per Assembly Bill No. 1263 (effective January 1, 2026), as a condition of this transaction, you are required to receive notice of the following information regarding firearms, firearm accessories, and manufacturing of such items. As a condition of completing the transaction, the state requires you to read and sign the attestation below, acknowledging that you received and understood this notice.
