Per Assembly Bill No. 1263 (effective January 1, 2026), as a condition of this transaction, you are required to receive notice of the following information regarding firearms, firearm accessories, and manufacturing of such items. As a condition of completing the transaction, the state requires you to read and sign the attestation below, acknowledging that you received and understood this notice. Additionally, you must present the retailer with ID verifying that you are at least 18 years of age.
